Booking and Cancellation for Individual GuestsAgreement between Lofoten Diving AS (Organisation No: 999151094) and the guest

1. Introduction
   a. Under this agreement Lofoten Diving AS is the seller of services and a subject legally responsible for activities taking place via the following web page www.lofoten-diving.com
   b. Lofoten Diving guarantees that the storage and use of personal data shall always take place in accordance with the guidelines in force. Personal data shall not be used for purposes other than connected with the agreement between Lofoten Diving AS and the guest.
   c. Reservations are not encompasses with the Norwegian act on the right to withdraw from an agreement, 19, section 1, item b)
   d. Booking and cancellation policy applies to all services. The guest has to be of age.
2. Booking and confirmation
   a. Reservation made via the on-line form, in writing form or in oral form shall be binding for both parties.
   b.Bookings made over the phone must be followed up with a response email on behalf of the client
   c. While making a reservation the guest provides information concerning their name and surname, address, mobile phone number, credit card number with expiry date, as well as the time of arrival and departure for accommodation and activities.
3. Payments
   a. Lofoten Diving offers following payment methods: cash, credit cards and bank transfers.
   b. At the check in /(front desk) guests provides personal data and pays for their stay or tour in advance according to the agreement, unless the stay or tour have already been paid for during the online booking
   c. Payments made by online booking are paid in full
4. Cancellation and no show for accommodation
   a. The guest may cancel the reservation without incurring any costs at least 14 days before the date of arrival
   b. (No show) - If a reservation has not been cancelled, or has been cancelled less than 14 days before the date of arrival, the guest shall pay a compensation for services stipulated in the agreement, unless the capacity will be resold.
   c. In the case of a reservation made on the day of arrival and unused, an invoice shall be issued for the first day of stay
5. Cancellation and no show for day tours
   a. The cancellation made 8 days prior to the day of activity, 90% will be refund
   b. If the guest fails to cancel the reservation in accordance with section a, but is able to cancel the reservation up to 3 days, 70% will be refund
   c. (No show) - If the guest cancels the reservation in less than 3 days before the activity starts, no refund is available.
6. Cancellation for groups
   The Customer who, having made an advance or full payment withdraws from the contract, is obliged to pay the cancellation fee to the following amounts
   a. 30% of the tour price if the cancellation took place in the period of 60 to 45 days prior to departure
   b. 50% of the tour price if the cancellation took place in the period of 44 days to 30 days prior to departure.
   c. 70% of the tour price if the cancellation took place in the period of 29 days to 15 days prior to departure.
   d. 100% of the tour price if the cancellation took place n the period of 14 days to 0 days prior to departure.
7. Reimbursement of money in the case of a cancellation in accordance with the deadline, Lofoten Diving AS shall reimburse the incurred costs to the guest. Lofoten Diving AS shall a processing fee which shall be deducted from the reimbursed amount.
8. Conduct in the case of an illness In the case of an illness the stay shall be paid for by the guest, unless the cancellation of a booking takes place in accordance with the dates stipulated in section 4, 5 and 6. Lofoten Diving AS recommends the guests to cover the costs of cancellation from their insurance company.
